How it is calculated
A homework planner helps you keep track of tasks by subject and day. This one builds the template from your own subjects – to print, pin up or fill in on a tablet.
Two layouts
- Weekly grid: every subject has a row, every weekday a column. Each cell holds one to three rows with tick boxes.
- Task list: columns for subject, task, due date and a tick – for children who prefer working through a list.
How to start
- Enter the subjects, choose the layout, set weekdays and week start.
- Save as PNG and print in landscape. The image is 2,246 × 1,588 pixels, so thin lines stay sharp.
- Before printing, note the week at the top: “Week of ______”.
The planner uses greyscale with one accent colour and stays readable in black-and-white printing. Nothing is uploaded; all entries stay in your browser.
Frequently asked questions
How do I make a printable homework planner?
Enter the subjects, choose the layout, save as PNG and print in landscape. The image is ready to print.
Which is better: grid or list?
The weekly grid shows at a glance which subject has work on which day. The task list suits you if every task should carry a due date.
How many subjects can I add?
Up to 12. With more, the rows get too small to write in.
Can I use it for the whole week including the weekend?
Yes: choose Monday to Saturday or the whole week under “Weekdays”. A Sunday week start is possible too.
Is the planner tied to a school year?
No, it has no dates: write the week’s date at the top when you print. The same sheet works every week.
Are my entries private?
Yes. Everything is created in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
