How to make bingo cards
The generator creates every card at random in your browser, numbers them in order and lays them out ready to print. The page header, navigation and ads are left out when printing, and a card is never split across two pages. The layout is optimized for A4 and also fits US Letter. Randomness comes from the browser’s Web Crypto interface (crypto.getRandomValues), and every selection is unbiased.
How to make bingo cards
- Choose the game type: 75-ball (5 × 5), 90-ball (3 × 9) or custom words – for words, enter at least 24, one per line.
- Enter the number of cards, set the free space, heading and first card number if needed, and click “Create cards”.
- Click “Print”; during the game, “Call next number” acts as the caller and “Check card” verifies any card that calls “Bingo!”.
Example: 30 guests with one 75-ball card each need 30 cards; at 4 cards per page that is 30 ÷ 4 = 7.5, so 8 printed pages. With first card number 101 the cards are numbered 101 to 130. For 90-ball bingo, 3 strips give 3 × 6 = 18 cards on 3 pages.
75-ball bingo (American bingo)
The card has 5 × 5 squares under the letters B-I-N-G-O. Each column has its own number range: B 1–15, I 16–30, N 31–45, G 46–60, O 61–75. The center square is a free space and counts as already marked, so the card carries 24 numbers. The first player to complete a row, column or diagonal wins – or, if agreed, the whole card (blackout).
90-ball bingo (UK bingo)
The ticket has 3 rows and 9 columns with exactly 15 numbers, five in each row. Column 1 holds 1–9, column 2 holds 10–19 and so on up to column 9 with 80–90. Each column has one to three numbers, sorted from top to bottom. Games usually have three stages: one line, two lines, full house.
Strip of 6: The six tickets of a strip contain every number from 1 to 90 exactly once together. Anyone playing a full strip gets a hit on every number called – the standard at bingo halls in the UK.
Bingo with your own words
Instead of numbers you can put words, names or picture captions on the cards: for kids’ parties, the classroom (vocabulary bingo), office Christmas parties, bridal showers or the well-known meeting bingo. Enter at least 24 words (with a free space) or 25 (without). The longer the list, the more the cards differ – and the longer it takes until someone shouts “Bingo!”.
Caller and card check
“Call next number” turns the generator into your bingo caller: every number or word is drawn exactly once, the called values stay visible and are marked on the cards on screen. When someone shouts “Bingo!”, enter their card number and check with one click which rows, columns and diagonals are complete. Cards and calls stay saved in your browser until you create new cards.
How many cards do I need?
One card per player is enough; hand out two for more excitement. In 75-ball bingo a single column alone has over 360,000 possible number sequences, so two identical cards are practically impossible – the generator checks anyway. Card numbers help when checking; start at 101, for example, if you print a second set later.
For game nights and classrooms: draw numbers without cards with the random number generator, pick who starts with spin the wheel, and track points over several rounds with the score keeper.

How many bingo cards fit on one page?
For 75-ball bingo and custom words four cards (2 × 2), for 90-ball bingo six tickets stacked – exactly one strip of 6 per page. This works on A4 and on US Letter.
Which numbers go under B-I-N-G-O?
B 1–15, I 16–30, N 31–45, G 46–60 and O 61–75. The N column has only four numbers because of the free space.
What is a bingo strip?
In 90-ball bingo, six tickets that together contain every number from 1 to 90 exactly once. Each called number therefore appears on exactly one of the six tickets.
Can I put my own words on bingo cards?
Yes. Choose “Custom words” and enter at least 24 words, one per line. Every card gets its own random selection and order.
Are the cards really random?
Yes. The numbers come from the browser’s cryptographically secure random generator and are chosen without bias. Nothing is sent to a server.
How do I call numbers without a bingo cage?
Use “Call next number” in the caller section. Every number comes up exactly once, in 75-ball bingo with its letter (e.g. “G 52”). Called numbers are marked on the cards on screen.
When do you win at bingo?
In 75-ball bingo usually with a full row, column or diagonal; in 90-ball bingo in stages with one line, two lines and a full house. The host sets the exact rule beforehand.
