How it is calculated
In short: this generator draws sticker outlines in six shapes on a ready-to-print sheet: circle, square with rounded corners, oval, heart, star and speech bubble. How many stickers fit is calculated from the page format, margin, size and spacing – only whole stickers are placed, centered on the page.
How it works
- Choose the shape and width, for example a 40 mm circle; 24 stickers (4 × 6) then fit on A4.
- Set the line: solid for coloring in or dashed as a cut line.
- Optionally type texts, such as names. With “Copies per text” you decide how often each text appears; at 0 the generator fills the sheet evenly.
- “Create PDF” and print at actual size – on paper for coloring in or on sticker paper.
How it is calculated
The generator divides the usable area (page minus margin) into columns and rows of whole stickers, each with the chosen spacing. The circle consists of 64 short segments, the heart follows the well-known parametric curve, the star is a pentagram. With more texts than places, further sheets are created. The font size is chosen automatically so that the text fits inside the sticker. US Letter is the default format on the English site.
Honest limits
The template prints outlines and text, not your own images. It is not a cutting file for plotters: on sticker paper you cut along the line with scissors or a craft knife. Which papers suit printing depends on your printer. The “toolboxday.com” footer can be switched off.
Privacy
The PDF is created entirely in your browser. Your texts are neither stored nor transmitted; only the settings (shape, size …) are remembered by the browser.

Are there sticker templates to color in for kids?
Yes. Choose the line “Outline for coloring” and leave the text list empty. Kids color in the shapes and cut them out afterwards.
Can I put names into the stickers?
Yes. Enter the names line by line. With “Copies per text” you decide how many stickers each name gets; at 0 the sheet is filled evenly with all names.
Can I print the stickers on sticker paper?
Yes, at actual size (not “Fit to page”) on printable sticker paper in A4 or Letter. Choose the dashed line as the cut line and cut the stickers out by hand.
Which shapes are available?
Circle, square with rounded corners, oval, heart, star and speech bubble. Size and spacing can be set freely, and the generator works out the number of stickers per sheet.
How many stickers fit on a sheet?
That depends on shape, size, spacing and margin: 40 mm circles with 5 mm spacing and a 10 mm margin give 24 stickers on A4 (4 × 6). The preview shows the number for your settings.
